Showcasing Slovakia’s Hidden Treasures at Shooting Locations Marketplace 2025

Zuzana Bieliková from the Slovak Film Commission participated in the panel discussion “Hidden Treasures – Discovering Unique Filming Locations” at the Shooting Locations Marketplace 2025 in Valladolid.

This international event brings together professionals from across the audiovisual industry and fosters collaboration.

As part of the Shooting Locations Marketplace held at Feria de Valladolid, a panel discussion titled “Hidden Treasures” brought together film commissioners from across Europe to share their experiences in discovering and promoting lesser-known, yet cinematically valuable locations.

Slovakia was represented by Film Commissioner Zuzana Bieliková, who introduced some of the country’s hidden gems.

The panel explored not only hidden locations but also touched on logistical challenges and ethical responsibility.
