The Slovak Film Commission proudly participated in TIFFCOM 2025 for the very first time —marking a meaningful step toward introducing Slovakia to the Asian audiovisual market. Our debut at this international content market opened new doors for collaboration, visibility, and industry exchange.

TIFFCOM, held annually in Tokyo, is the official content market of the Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF). It brings together professionals from film, television, animation, and digital content from all over the world, offering a dynamic platform for networking, business development, and co-production opportunities.

Throughout the event, we engaged in numerous inspiring meetings with producers and industry representatives eager to learn more about Slovakia as a filming destination. We introduced the country’s diverse locations, production services, and incentives — highlighting what Slovakia can offer to international partners.
