Zehnhaus colony
On Palárikova Street in Bratislava, you can find one of the most valuable residential complexes in Bratislava. It is an exemplary workers' colony with the atmosphere of old industrial districts. The buildings have a characteristic brick unplastered facade, high ceilings, high windows. They were constructed in 1902.
The name of the colony comes from the fact that the colony consists of ten houses arranged symmetrically on both sides of Palárikova Street. The whole ensemble is a national cultural monument.
