SILVERART

Silverart is young production company launched by Katarína Krnáčová. She worked on a short film THANKS, FINE (2009, dir. M. Prikler) which premiered at the Cinéfondation of Cannes IFF 2010, followed by fiction features FINE, THANKS (2013, dir. M. Prikler) having its world premiere at IFF Rotterdam 2013, and SLOVAKIA 2.0 (2014, dir. by 10 directors). As a consulting producer she worked on a feature MY DOG KILLER (2013, dir. Mira Fornay) which received Tiger award at Rotterdam IFF 2013 and was a Slovak Oscar contender. In 2017 she premiered her recent family drama LITTLE HARBOUR (PIATA LOĎ) directed by Iveta Grofova whose debut film was a Slovak Oscar contender. LITTLE HARBOUR is a Slovak-Czech coproduction supported also by Creative Europe and Eurimages. The film was awarded with Crystal Bear at Berlinale 2017 for the Best Film in Generation Kplus competition. LITTLE HARBOUR has travelled around many festivals and has received many awards. 

She is in post-production of her current children adventure film SUMMER WITH BERNARD being produced as a Slovak-German co-production with the support of Slovak National TV, Audiovisual Fund, Creative Europe – Media and German fund BKM. She has two features in development and pre-production – STAND UP and BUNKER – and a TV drama series 1989 in co-production with a VOD platform.
