Profile:

PubRes was founded in 1993 as a creative industry consultancy. In 2003, the company established itself as a distributor of Slovak and Czech films and in 2009 began co-producing its first feature film (Identity Card). Since then, the company has more than 25 feature films to its credit - documentaries, animation and fiction. Four of PubRes' film projects have received support from the Eurimages Fund. Two films have been shortlisted for the EFA, one was nominated for the European Film Award and shortlisted for the (US) for Academy Award. The Teacher (Best Actress Award at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival), represented by sales agent LevelK, was distributed to cinemas on all continents.
PubRes is a founder member of the Slovak Independent Producers Association, which was established in 2010 and founder member of the Association of Animation Film Producers established in 2012.
