Červený Kameň Castle

The castle, which dates back to the 13th century, is situated in the Malé Karpaty mountains some tens of kilometres outside of Bratislava. Červený Kameň is one of the best preserved castles in Slovakia, it was completely rebuilt as a fortress in the first half of the 16th century. Thanks to its charming looks the castle has served as a location spot for different films and fairy tales.
