Original 1930s Villa

We are pleased to present an authentic house dating back to 1930, located in the popular and film-favorited Palisades area of Bratislava’s Old Town. The house underwent a partial renovation in the 1970s, but since then, time seems to have stood still within its walls. To this day, it has been preserved in an exceptionally authentic condition, from interior to exterior.

The location is reserved primarily for filmmakers and offers ideal conditions for establishing a full production base. Free parking is available directly at the house, with additional parking nearby that does not require special permits—only a PASS is needed. Being a standalone house, lighting on location is straightforward and does not require any additional permissions. If needed, a sufficiently strong electrical connection can also be provided to meet the production team’s requirements.

The house is situated in the city center on a quiet, low-traffic street, creating excellent conditions for dialogue scenes, sound recording, and smooth shooting workflows. Accessibility and logistics are very convenient, as its central location allows for easy and efficient transportation.
