In Film Bratislava is a sister company of the well established film production company In Film Praha in Prague which produces both international and national feature films, which are not only appealing to audiences, but which likewise artistically contribute to the world of cinema. Founded in 1993 by an experienced Slovak producer Rudolf Biermann, In Film Praha has since produced over 45 films, including 4 Slovak and 2 Czech Entries for Academy Awards, and which were awarded a total of 33 Czech National Film Awards, 21 Slovak National Film Awards and 2 EFA Nominations.
